Do you sometimes struggle with too many thoughts or have trouble falling asleep?
Lots of people do and it can be exhausting.
It’s always good to do this right before you go to bed because it really does quiet the mind so you can actually fall asleep.
To get started, you’ll need a candle, some matches, a timer, and a piece of paper and pencil.
I want you to go to a quiet place where you can shut off all distractions.
Turn off your cell phone, TV and make sure the kids are down for the night.

The Candle exercise is to bring awareness on how active your mind is and serves as a gauge as you quiet your mind.
