A Simple Tool to Build Self-Confidence

Today I want to give you a tip on how to build self-confidence.  Really simple – “I am” statements.

I am a teacher. I am happy. I am abundant. I have loving relationships.  Whatever it is, it will build confidence.

We go through life and there are times when we feel insecure, that we don’t have any value. Those are the times we need to step back into who we really are: grand, magnificent people.

When you have positive statements that are telling you who you are it is also telling the Universe who you are.

That will start the movement towards that reality even […]

How to Use Gratitude For The Simple Choices

Today I want to give you the first of five steps of how you can stay in control of your life. We are all given the same opportunities every single day and every day is a brand new day. Today is not the same as yesterday and it is not the same as the day we are going to have tomorrow.

This technique comes from my friend Jack in Michigan – he actually uses his fingers to remind him of where he’s at. The first one he uses is a thumbs up.

We wake up in the morning and it’s a brand new day. […]

How to “Think” the Future You Want Into Your Present

Today I want to talk about thinking in a certain way.  What I mean is that you are never going to get exactly what you want unless you have a blueprint.

A builder can have all the hammers, the saws, the materials in the world but if he doesn’t have a blueprint of the structure he needs to build, he can’t build it.

In our minds, we need to see what we want. When we know what we want, is when Spirit can go out and help us achieve it. We will also attach emotions to the things that we want, but it always […]

Why You Need To Say Goodbye To Your Internal Judgement

Today I want to talk about Internal Judgement. Did you know that when you are born you were operating at a genius capacity?

Studies have shown that 99.99% of kids born are operating at a genius capacity. The reason for that is that our learning curve is very steep. We are in a new world and we’re testing out our environment. We’re learning about our bodies, to speak, to walk, eye-hand coordination, how to interact with others. It’s a huge amount of information to learn and process.

Studies also went on to find that at 5 years of age only 20% of children were operating at […]

A Simple Technique for Beating Worry

Today I want to share with you a simple technique for beating worry or concern if you don’t know how to solve a problem. It’s a very simple technique.

I recommend that you get a jar with a lid and put a label on it that says “God Can.”  Then, I want you to write down everything you are worried about, everything you don’t know how to solve. Whatever your concerns are. Put that in the jar and seal it.

When your mind starts to bring up the worry and the concern, the “How am I going to do this?” you remind it […]

How to Use Adversity to Get Better Not Bitter

Today I want to give you a tip on how to maintain who you are and where you are when advertsity hits your life to get better not bitter.

We all will have events that happen in our lives that are horrible and devastating. You can become angry and upset, and that’s a normal initial reaction. But you have the option to allow those feelings to make you bitter or move on and become better. It’s all in how you perceive the event.

Personally, when I went through my divorce I was devastated. I chose not to become bitter but to look at it as a […]

Imagination. Change Your Life Part 1.

Before anything can be conceived in the physical world it must first be created through our imagination.

We perceive everything through our 5 senses which are sight, sound, smell, touch and taste.

What most of us don’t realize, there are mental facilities that we need to use to create the life of our dreams.

One of these two powerful faculties is imagination.

When we were kids our imagination ran free. We thought of all kinds of things we could do and be, without limitation.

Sadly though, when we become adults, we shut down, or at least turned down our imagination frequency.

Your desk, your couch and […]
