These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and your purchase of products or services from us. 1.2. You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
2. Products & Services
2.1. We offer a variety of digital products, online courses, guided meditations, coaching services, and live events designed to support personal growth and transformation.
2.2. All descriptions of products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products & Online Courses
- All sales of digital products, including but not limited to online courses, guided meditations, visualizations, audio recordings, eBooks, and PDFs, are final.
- Due to the immediate access granted to digital content upon purchase, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be issued, except as required by applicable law.
- If you experience technical issues, please email us within 7 days of purchase at kmf@kathleenmflanagan.com and we will ensure you receive the product.
3.2 Coaching, Consulting, or Mentorship Services
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Credits for canceled sessions must be used within 90 days.
3.3 Workshops, Retreats, & Live Events
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: eligible for a credit toward a future event of equal value (at our discretion).
- Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit—your choice.
3.4 Exceptions
In cases of verified medical emergencies, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward future products or services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we have allotted time in our schedule to take care of your requested service needs. If you wish to cancel your appointment within 20 hours of your service date, we will charge you a cancellation fee of $50.
4.1. All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Results
5.1. All programs, courses, and services are intended for educational and inspirational purposes only.
5.2. We make no guarantees regarding your personal results. Your success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in any of our programs.
